Dear Advisers and Administrators, 

We cordially invite you to attend the Shenzhen College of International Education Model United Nations ( SCIEMUN) to be held on  October 19TH -20TH 2019 at the campus of Shenzhen College of International Education. This Model United Nation is the first conference officially organized and hosted by Shenzhen College of International Education. 

A delegate fee of RMB 100 will cover meals and snacks at the conference, stationery, staff conference facilities, etc. There is no advisers’ fee and no other fees. The maximum number of delegates per school is 20.  

The Conference will employ Robert porocedures to ensure genuineness of the written resolutions and the prohibition of pre-written resolutions as well as promoting participation of delegates during sessions. The award mechanism may be different from other MUN.The theme for this conference will be facing future humanitarian and economic cohesions in international politics. 

Likely committees include UNSC, ICC, ICJ, IMF, UNHRC, ECOSOC, UNHCR, DISEC. Committees and topics will be finalized by the the end of May and communicated to you. There are also several chair positions available and schools are requested to make an application by filling up the Chair forms that will be sent to you later, after the initial registration. 

We are a non-profit Model United Nations conference which aims at pursuing academic excellence and communicative and diplomatic skills of young MUNers. We strive to provide the most discuss-oriented and fruitful experience for delegates. 

We would request you to kindly fill up the registration form by clicking on the link given below. The deadline for completing the registration form is 1st June 2019.   There is no school registration cost. We look forward to welcoming  you and your students on 19-20th October!

一、大会日程安排

2019年深圳国际交流学院模拟联合国大会会期为10月19号----10月20号.

二、会议信息

本次大会共分三个英文会场,每个会场预计代表人数约四十人,所有会场使用英文为官方语言. 会议议程将使用罗伯特议事规则(Robert Procedure), 为了举办更加具有学术性质与教育意义的会议,大会委员会将在原有的评奖制度上作出调整.最后每个会场将会选出一名最佳代表(Best Delegate), 一名杰出代表(Outstanding delegate),一名荣誉代表(Honourable Mention).

三、报名信息

所有学校的初高中学生皆可报名,报名费用为100/人. 报名以学校团体报名为方式. 暂时不用提交个人姓名,只需给出学校总参会人数即可.至少一名学校指导老师(advisor)需知悉会议情况并保持与大会组委会的沟通.报名表截止六月一号停止提交,联系方式在文章末尾.每个学校最多20人参加.本次会议不提供住宿.
